We deliver islandwide across Jamaica using trusted courier and bearer services. Delivery method and fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

For bearer deliveries, our team will contact you directly to confirm delivery time and location details.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to inaccurate address information or unavailability, additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility

Items must be in their original packaging, with tags intact, and no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Non-Eligible Returns

Exchange Process

Final Sale Items
Certain items, such as personal care products, undergarments, or clearance items, are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Inspection & Compliance
If the returned item fails inspection or is found to be in breach of this policy, no exchange or credit will be processed, and the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
